This program is open to all students graduating from Level 2, offering them an introduction to more specialized STEM subjects. Participants will have the opportunity to engage with bright, like-minded peers and industry professionals. Once students grasp the foundational leadership skills from Level 1 and 2, they progress to this advanced stage, where they build on those core concepts. Every spring, students will attend a University Readiness program, immersing themselves in a comprehensive university experience. They will participate in STEM-focused classes led by university educators, explore beautiful campuses, stay in residence, and form new networking connections. This level fosters lasting friendships and prepares students for their future in STEM leadership.

Level 3 Program Overview:
Starting November 23, 2025, in-person sessions will be held monthly on the first Saturday (10:00 am or 11:00 am, 2 hours). Students can attend unlimited 1-hour STEM sessions after school and on weekends, plus 2-hour weekend activities with mentorship, industry engagement, and leadership training.
